Symptoms |
The client machine deploy agent with portal manager.
When click the 'refresh' button on the portal manager, there is 'time out' happened.
Cause |
There is Anti-virus software installed on client and the Policy.Sync.exe might getting scanned heavily by Anti-virus software.
You can get the promon.exe to collect the log files and send to support team.
Resolution |
Disable the Anti-virus software and click the refresh button again. The refresh can be done successfully.
