LD9.5
I just recently started using multicast wol to send out software at night.
I had one batch with over half failures. I start checking if I could get to the vpro gui and wake the failures up and I could so I'm not sure if wake using vpro was used.
The log only indicates it tryed wake on wan not whether it was using vpro and normal wol.
For the job I selected PUSH Use Multicast with WOL checked in delivery system. (Did not check WOL in scheduled task target)
I also tryed the job using PUSH Download from Source delivery then in the scheduled task under target checked wake on lan and that didn.t seem to wake up my failures either.
Are there any difference between using WOL checked in a multicast distribution as opposed to having it checked in the scheduled task not using multicast?
