Problem:
I have a deploy that is hung on almost all of our PCs and the Community Support site says there's a Clear_Task_Queue script that will fix this, but I can find it in Manage Scripts. Could you provide me with the script?
Resolution:
Attached to this document is a PurgeClientDB.txt
Once downloaded;
1) rename it to a .ini
2) save it in your ...\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\scripts folder
3) look for it in your "all scripts" folder in the manage scripts window of the console.
4) schedule it out to the machines that are hung.
